LIBRARY ENQUIRIES (Full list of library contents below)

Telephone enquires between 0900hrs and 2100hrs (9AM to 9PM) please, to 0845 475 1941. Email anytime to librarian@mvt.org.uk. Your request will be dealt with as quickly as possible but please do not forget the Librarian is a volunteer with a full time job so you will not always receive an immiediate answer.

Restrictions on copying - Please be aware, because of copyright laws we are restricted to copying less than10% of any copyrighted document. Please check with the Librarian as to what can and cannot be copied before ordering.

Scanning is carried out whenever possible using OCR methods. The result is therefore NOT a photocopy of a manual but a clean copy. This process takes time but produces a clean crisp document, not the 'dogeared' photocopy that is available from other sources.

If possible please submit your request online from within the page where you see the information you require.

You will be informed when the document is ready for despatch. Payment can be made by Cheque, Credit card or Debit card or Postal Order. The document or CD will be posted to you on the day your payment is cleared.

Costs
MEMBERS - The Library copying service is available to all members at a fee of 10p per page scanned plus postage costs. Scanning to CD will cost the standard fee of 10p per page plus an additional fee of £15 to cover extra postage costs as the CD will be sent in a CD postage box using recorded delivery.
NON MEMBERS - In addition to the standing cost per page, non members will be liable to an additional fee of £40 per order. (Members benefit in so many ways, so why not consider joining. You can join online using the Membership section of these pages. Join now, it's worth it.)
