1/2/3rd Route to Victory 65VE. Ramsbury, Wiltshire. Based at Camp Ramsbury it is a 3 day event with 2 days of Historic Vehicle Convoys visiting relevant historical sites in the Kennet Valley and Salisbury Plain      areas with a public day at the camp, a large field next to the primary school. Living History displays, flying displays and a parachute drop. The field was the location for the 506 PIR 101st AB Division and later the 2nd Parachute Squadron Royal Engineers. 5/6th War on the Line, The Mid Hants Railway (The Watercress Line) This is combined railway/MVT event with free camping from the Friday through to the Monday. The MVT Catering Corps made famous at the Buckfastleigh Show will be in attendance with subsidized breakfasts and evening meals. Free rides on the trains between the ‘British,’ ‘American’ and ‘Axis’ camps for those in uniform or period civilian dress. Catering for hot meals and refreshments all day at the central station. 5/6th  Vienna, Austria. After the success of two military vehicle rallies at theVienna Museum of Military History a third event entitled ‘Auf Radern & Ketten 2010’ is to be held in the large yard behind the museum. All military vehicles built before 1970 are eligible to enter. Last year they displayed several large vehicles including an AMX tank and M4  Gun tractor. 21/22nd Event at Uppotery Airfield (Smeartharpe) Devon. This was the station from which Dakota’s and gliders took off carrying 82nd airborne and 10st airborne for the invasion of Normandy. A very famouis place.Last year they had a C47 Dakota and various WW2 vintage aircraft. They would like Jeeps. a US nambulance aGMC and any other US wartime military vehicles.
